The Kavro MHS-01 is a lightweight, hand-held shield that provides NIJ Level IIIA (0101.08) protection to soldiers against rifle ammunition, handgun ammunition, and other high-speed bullets. Its ambidextrous padded rubber grip and nylon-based neck and shoulder strap provide comfortable handling and usage. It features a well-positioned gun port that allows soldiers to conveniently get into a firing position against threats. 

The shield comes with a high-intensity LED lighting system (> 600 lumens) that incorporates long-lasting batteries, and a ballistic glass viewport for clear vision and enhanced view of the field.
