The Kavro MSH-76 Shield is a lightweight and ergonomically designed ballistic shield that enables operators to maintain high mobility while providing reliable ballistic protection against common rifle threats. The shield features a curved profile to enhance frontal protection and incorporates multiple weapon support cut-outs, allowing the operator to stabilize and aim a firearm while remaining protected behind the shield. It is equipped with a soft handle and adjustable arm retention straps that securely hold the operator’s forearm close to the shield, enabling stable hands-free operation and improved control during tactical movement. An anti-trauma foam padding system protects the elbow and forearm from shocks while ensuring comfort during prolonged use. The ballistic shield is designed to eliminate any potential weak points on the front surface. It is constructed without the use of ballistic nuts or bolts, thereby minimizing the risk of fragment generation and ricochet in the event of a projectile impact. The shield is also fitted with two strategically positioned glass breakers to assist operators during forced entry or emergency situations. For enhanced durability and operational longevity, the shield edges are protected with high-strength rubber edge beading, which safeguards the shield against impacts, friction, and wear during ground contact.
