Today, he heads the ‘GKG Group’ comprising 8 manufacturing units that service sectors including Defence and Aerospace and Infrastructure and Construction. A firm believer in giving back to the society, he has been instrumental in creating a vision and direction for CSR activities within the group particularly in the field of education, healthcare and environment.
Mr. Neeraj Gupta is the Managing Director of MKU Limited, a leading defence and homeland security company headquartered in India, with operations in Germany, Brazil and the UAE. With a hands-on approach and exceptional business acumen, he has strategically positioned MKU as a global powerhouse in personal and platform armour solutions. Mr. Gupta's entrepreneurial drive, extensive industry relationships, and unwavering commitment to excellence have propelled MKU's success. Under his leadership, MKU has achieved remarkable growth, expanding into over 100 countries and establishing itself as a trusted name in the defence industry.
As the CEO of MKU’s Netro Optronics Division, Ms. Prachi Gupta leads one of the most future-focused verticals in the defence industry with a clear vision to revolutionise soldier and platform systems through indigenously developed, next-generation optronics solutions. At MKU, she is spearheading the transformation of MKU's optronics portfolio, ensuring that we deliver world-class, customer-centric solutions across a full spectrum of applications in situational awareness, platform surveillance, reconnaissance and target acquisition for soldiers and platforms.
As Vice President – International Sales at MKU, Mr. Karan Gupta is shaping the company’s global growth journey while staying rooted in the values that have defined MKU for decades: innovation, integrity, and customer-first thinking. Mr. Karan Gupta has worked across several transformative areas, from leading operational excellence initiatives focused on asset, people, and process optimization, to driving digital transformation across business functions. In 2022, he took over the International Sales vertical and now leads a talented team focused on driving topline growth from global markets.
