Responsibilities • Professional diary management including the seamless co-ordination of travel, visas, hotels and meetings whilst maintaining awareness of key deadlines on behalf of the Managing Director
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Undertake project work and administration to support ongoing business development and group communications, including collating information, formatting documentation, organising meetings and developing presentations
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel & Hotel Booking.
• Keeping track of MD’s scheduled meetings and taking notes of meeting and preparing minutes of meetings
• Provide administrative support to the board of directors as appropriate
• Process all time-sheets and business related expenses in a timely manner
Competencies • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Preferably Administration experience
