Experience • 6-8 years in Production
Reporting To
Responsibilities  Responsible for achieving production targets, gap analysis.
 Coordinate between Stores and PPC Team for timely delivery of materials to the factory so that production is not delayed.
 Ensure the production team follows the laid down production process and norms.
 Upgrade himself/herself technically to new industrial production standards.
 Make operation plan and allocate manpower based on the production schedules.
 Daily review of the shift plan completion & short coming.
 To ensure the manufacturing process according to specification & standards.
 To sort out manufacturing problems occurring on line.
 Minimizing bottlenecks for achieving high productivity.
 Preparation of MIS for production department.
 Analysis of root causes of customer’s failure & eliminating the same by taking proper counter measure by using 5 – why analysis technique.
 Coordinate of quality circle team activity.
 Having the good knowledge about 3S, 5S, CAPA, RCA (Root cause analysis), and ISO 9001:2015.
 Monitor day to day production status to ensure timely completion of orders
 Oversee coordination with Tech Transfer team to ensure smooth transfer of technology from R&D to production as per plan
 Review the root causes for planning failure and implement corrective and preventive actions to address the root causes
 Actively participate in the daily supply chain meetings
 Plan production activities based on future forecasting of orders.
 Inculcate culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.
 Execute Lean Manufacturing processes
 Work towards Line Balancing to reduce WIP inventory
 Reduce Cycle Time of Bottle Neck Processes
