Experience Min. no. of years of relevant experience required: • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management • 2 to 3 years in Training & Development
Reporting To
Responsibilities  Identify training needs for employees in coordination with department HODs and map skill gaps against desired level of competencies
 Prepare annual training calendar and rolling 3 months’ plan along with HR Head and in consultation with other HODs, review the execution of the rolling plan at month end and revise for next 3 months
 Plan & develop training programs and objectives, evaluate resources required for conducting training sessions, explore and shortlist relevant external faculties and finalize the same along with HR head
 Prepare plan for development of internal trainers and execute the plan
 Ensure statutory training requirements are met and execution of the trainings as per the planning, address reasons for deviation
 Prepare departmental budget for Learning & Development activities, track spending against the same and take appropriate actions
 Conduct orientation program for new joiner
 Create central repository of training documents by obtaining and /or developing effective training materials utilizing variety of media
 Manage central database of training documents and review it periodically, oversee access rights of the database
 Conduct follow-up studies on all completed trainings, take employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
 Monitor training effectiveness: supervise and monitor progress made through training programs, by interviewing departmental and functional heads and providing questionnaires to respective employees
 Manage delivery of training and development programs either through in person classroom sessions or virtually
