Experience 8-10 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing organization with atleast 5 years of experience of working as Quality Incharge
Reporting To
Responsibilities · Lead and manage the quality function from incoming raw materials, in process quality to delivery of FG’s and post-delivery support so that customers receive the product to the highest standard of quality possible.
· Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
· Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
· Respond to customer complaints and do the analysis to find the root cause and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures.
· Work with the Production team to suggest improvements to production processes that lead to overall increase in product quality
· Review rework and rejections on daily basis, assist in root cause analysis of quality issues, closure of action plan of previous reviews
· Work with the Innovation team and Tech Transfer team to improve the quality of the new and existing products.
· Implement the quality KPI’s setup for the incoming raw materials, WIPs and FGs.
· Work with the Procurement function to ensure the quality of incoming materials, work with the suppliers for part and process development with the aim to ensure quality improvement in Final product.
· Supervise Test Lab activities and prepare it for accreditation by NABL.

• Knowledge and understanding on various QMS especially ISO 9001-2015, AS 9100 Rev. D, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BA 9000-2016 and ISO 17065-2015.
