High Performance Helmets
Innovation & Development |
| |
A high percentage of injuries incurred on a battlefield are head wounds. Thus, infallible head protection is a vital factor in a soldier's ability to fight fearlessly. Bullets are responsible for only about 20% of the lethal injuries while the majority, about 75-80%, are caused by secondary fragments. MKU Helmets are constantly being developed to be lightweight and ergonomic with reduced components to protect against these fragments. They are compatible with equipment being used by the modern soldier like Night Vision Devices and radio equipment. Its sheer capacity and capability to manufacture is the reason MKU is the largest supplier of ballistic helmets to the Indian Army, Paramilitary and other Special forces. MKU helmets are the ideal combination of high performance, low weight and low cost.
