Shock Absorption (EN-397) :

MKU Helmets protect the head in two ways; from Ballistic impact and from low velocity impacts that might occur for variable reasons. MKU helmets are designed to meet and exceed the shock absorption standards laid down by EN-397. This standard requires a transmitted force of no greater than 5000 N when the helmet is impacted with a 5 Kg weight dropped from 1 Meter.
