The new chinstrap retention system and the pad suspension system in MKH/ ACH-4 provides unsurpassed balance, stability, and comfort. The pad suspension system provides impact protection throughout all operational scenarios, including static-line airborne operations.
The self configurable special suspension system in MKH/ACH-4 allows for 2 configurations. The 7 pad configuration is well suited for airborne & cold climate operations, whereas the 5 pad configuration is ideal for high temperature zones. These configurations can be easily carried out by the soldiers themselves.
