Developed in consultation with police forces from across the world these side opening over-vests from MKU have been designed for maximum manoeuverability and comfort during
tactical missions.
Manufactured using polyethylenes and aramids, either alone or in combination, they are capable of offering enhanced
protection of upto NIJ Level IIIA. They can tolerate multiple close impacts such as those of a 9 mm sub-machine gun.
Enhanced protection from ammunitions like AK-47, 7.62, SLR,
5.56 mm etc. can also be achieved by upgrading these over-vests with Up-Armor plates available separately.
